Consultation and Proposal
I will meet with you and discuss your goals; expectations and how to receive the maximum return on investment for your home improvement dollars. I will go over our 8-step, home staging process while walking through the home as a buyer would and gathering those all-important “first impressions.” During the consultation I will take "before photos" that will assist me in preparing your detailed report. When the changes have been completed I will return to take professional "after" photos that I will give to you to use in your marketing efforts.
Priority Action Report $100
The Priority Action Report is for homes that are well on their way to being staged and just need a little extra direction, and finishing touches to make your home sparkle. This customized report focuses on the most important things the seller should do right away to increase the value of their home and to obtain a faster sale. A must have before your first "Open House".
Completed Action Plan and “Do-It-Yourself” Guides $250
This guide is perfect for the DIY who is not sure where to begin. A completed 10-page, Action Plan in order to complete the look yourself, including furniture placements, diagrams, color and art suggestions. We’ll also include “Do-It-Yourself” guides for projects that will make a dramatic difference in the value of your home.
